Homeowner's Association
The Mansionette Country Estates was built in the early 1980s and is known for its white fences and olive trees and is bordered by Highland, Sierra, McCall, and Bullard Avenues.
The development has a Homeowner's Association (MCE-HOA), that maintains 404 olive trees bordering the neighborhood, the bridle path, and the ponding basin. It also provides weed control in the ditches, street lighting, and enforcement of general property standards as required by the Association ByLaws and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
