Mansionette Country Estates - HOA
The purpose of the ACC is to maintain aesthetics of the neighborhood and uphold the guidelines in our HOA documents. ACC members hold three-year elected terms and are responsible for reviewing all plans for proposed improvements that require ACC approval within the CC&Rs.
Any building improvements on the homeowner's property need to be submitted to the ACC and the Board of Directors for approval before construction begins. This includes any structure with a roof, including sheds, chicken coops, shade structures, and storage buildings. Guidelines include, how close structures are to fence lines, location within the property, aesthetics, and more. See Articles 5 through 8 in the CC&Rs for specific criteria for property improvements and additions.
Plans for improvements may be submitted through an ACC member in person or via email. If you have questions about the process of submitting plans for an upcoming project, need access to the bridal path, or would like to submit plans, contact any of the ACC members listed below.
